Vovinam is a Vietnamese martial art that combines striking, grappling, and weapons. It is a great for exercise and self-defense. Our studio has been open for over 35 years and has been serving the San Fernando Valley by providing low-cost martial arts instruction to students. Our masters are passionate about passing on this traditional art to a new generation. We also offer lion dancing for grand openings, weddings, New Year, and other performances. Meet the Masters
Master Huy Le
Founded the Vovinam Lac Hong school in 1989 and has been keeping the tradition alive for more than 35 years. He recently passed on the torch to Master Vincent Nguyen and is a mentor to all.
Master Vincent Nguyen
The current headmaster after Master Huy Le stepped down. Master Vincent has been practicing Vovinam since childhood and is known for his strict but caring instruction.
